Join our next 4 Week Trend Fit Bootcamp! Discover what your body is capable of! Our 55 minute Bootcamp workouts include strength, cardio, and endurance drills, along with positive motivation and coaching. Each class will get you moving, burning fat, building muscle, and will help you to build strength from the inside out! You will be challenged with a new workout each class, so your body, and mind, never get bored.
