Service Description

*1 monthly assessment is included for local All-Access Pass holders. *Monthly Assessments must be booked within the first full week of each month. What does this include? This assessment includes weight, measurements, a body fat reading, and progress pictures. What should I wear? Please come dressed in tight fitting clothes, a tank top or sports bra would be best. When is the best time to schedule? Due to our method of body fat reading, the most accurate reading would be taken after not eating, drinking, or exercising for 2 hours prior.
